- It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the vehicle at the time of delivery. This is the ideal moment to report any dissatisfaction or request adjustments.
- Once the vehicle is accepted, Tasha Car Detailing will not be held responsible for any future complaints.
2. Cancellations
- If you cancel the service within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of 60% of the total service cost will apply.
- This fee is non-refundable.
3. Call and Message Recording
- All calls and messages will be recorded and monitored for quality control purposes.
4. Pricing
- Prices are not final and may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle.
5. Personal Data
- We collect and store the following personal data: name, address, phone number, email address, and payment methods.
- Your data will be handled with strict confidentiality and will not be shared or sold to third parties.
- Data will only be used while you remain a client.
